Boost your immune system with yoga!
Deepen your understanding of yoga and spend a relaxing weekend with like-minded people at YogaensHus. Through the weekend you will learn about the science behind the benefits of asana, pranayama and meditation with Viktória Szentkereszty-Havas, PhD — neuroscientist, psychologist and yoga teacher. You will learn how to boost your immune system through hands on exercises and techniques. Move, breath and meditate over the weekend and get practical tips on everyday yogic practices that will help you build yourself a life that feels lighter. The workshop is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.

TIME Session 1 – Friday 17:30-20:30 (neuroscience, vinyasa flow) Session 2 – Saturday 9:00-12:00 (yoga & wellbeing, vinyasa flow) Session 3 – Saturday 13:00-16:00 (immune system, yoga nidra) Session 4 – Sunday 9:00-12:00 (“Spa Day” – restorative yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra)
THE WORKSHOP INCLUDES • 2 vinyasa flow asana practices • 1 restorative yoga asana practice • 2 Yoga Nidra meditation sessions • hands-on exercises and advice on dinacharya (daily yoga practices to help build a fulfilled and fruitful life) • 3 theoretical sessions on yoga philosophy, neuroscience and the immune system • several mindfulness meditation and pranayama sessions. • Manual & exercise sheets
