Workshop: Inversions and arm balances
Time & Location
About the Event
WORKSHOP IS FULLBOOKED! Contact sanni(a)mindgrit.no if you are interested in participating and want to sign up for the waiting list!
Want to give a boost to your inversions and arm balancing poses?
Welcome to practice and try them safely with us at Yogaens Hus!
- Vinyasa flow warm-up
- Preparatory, strengthening exercises for the poses
- Exploration on inversions and arm balancing poses like
Crow, side crow and flying crow
- Nice long final relaxation
You do not need to know all the poses nor have practiced them before. We offer variations suitable for everyone! It’s enough if you’re interested in learning more about inversions and arm balancing poses and wish to incorporate (some of) them into your own practice.
NOTE! We give individual guidance on the poses, if needed. This can mean that we use some hand adjustments. We follow smittevernregler and disinfect all the mats and surfaces at Yogaens Hus regularly.
